2013 年 1 月到中国履任新职的 巴基斯坦驻华大使马苏德 · 哈立德先生积极推进、提升两国在政治、经贸、文化、旅游、教育等领域的合作水平。哈立德在云南举行的 “ 中国 — 南亚博览会 ” 上带来超过 200 家巴基斯坦企业参会，两国双边贸易额已经从 2010 年的 87 亿美元升至 2013 年的 124 亿美元。为中巴的友好关系走出了坚实的一步。
Winning Reasons:
Since Mr. Masood Khalid became the Ambassador to China in January 2013, he cherishes and maintains the well-established China and Pakistan relationship just like he takes care of his own eyes. During the past year, he actively promoted the bilateral cooperation in politics, economic trading, cultural and educational programs as well as tourism exchanges. He organized a successful event "China-South Asia Expo" in Kunming, Yunan, more than 200 Pakistani companies and organizations attended the expo. The media around the globe also paid significant attention to this cross-region event. The trade volume has been increased from 8.7 billion USD in 2010 to $12.4 billion USD in 2013. This is a solid evidence of the everlasting friendship between the two countries.
塞内加尔共和国驻华大使阿卜杜拉耶 · 法勒阁下

2013 年 7 月 3 日，将军出生的法勒先生向中国国家主席习近平递交国书，正式开始他塞内加尔国家驻华大使生涯。一上任，他牢牢地记住了中国一长串名字：长城、故宫、天安门广场、毛主席纪念堂、颐和园、 “ 鸟巢 ” 、秦始皇兵马俑、景德镇、布达拉宫 …… 当他知道中国有一个 “ 中国梦 ” 时，他将中国梦融入世界梦作为他的己任，他积极的把中国优秀影视作品带进亚非拉。今年 2 月法勒大使与中方密切配合， 20 日，应中国国家主席习近平邀请，塞内加尔总统萨勒对中国成功的进行了国事访问。

Mr . Rapa Khalilou Fall became the Ambassador to China on July 3rd, 2013. Once started his term in Beijing, he integrated himself with China and the "China Dreams". He holds the passions for Chinese history, civilization and those famous sites around the country. He actively brought Chinese outstanding film and television works to Africa and promoted a real China to the world. February this year, Mr. Fall jointly organized the meeting for Chinese President Xi and Senegal President Saleh in China, and this meeting was considered as a milestone for this bilateral relationship.
美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司总裁克里斯蒂 · 里比
入选理由：
克里斯蒂 · 里比先生是美国好莱坞大导演， 2008 年起不断用镜头记录中国，多次带领好莱坞团队到中国拍摄系列纪录片。为了获取第一手资料，里比找到美国中情局（ CIA ）的一些秘密影像，使之完整地向西方世界展示和宣传了一个真实的中国。 2013 年 由里比率好莱坞团队执导 “ 真实的西藏 ” 荣获第九届中美电影节 “ 金天使 ” 奖、《大理 · 一见钟情》获得美国纪录片 PIXEL 奥斯卡金像奖提名，成为中国第一部以州市为单位入围 PIXEL 纪录片奥斯卡金像奖提名的纪录片。刚刚完成的纪录片 “ 钓鱼岛真相 ” 也将冲刺 PIXEL 纪录片奥斯卡金像奖。
Winning Reasons:
Mr. Chris D. Nebe is a well-known film maker and director in Hollywood. Since 2008, he and his team have made a series of award wining documentary films about China and Chinese stories. To gather the first-hand information, he searched and paid for the top records from the CIA and used those legal copies and information to recreate the documentaries so that a real China was fully demonstrated to the Western world. The feature documentary “Real Tibet” won the Golden Angel Award in the 9th Chinese-American Film Festival, and “Dali – Love at First Sight” also won a number of international awards, including the Accolade Competition's Award for Excellence 2011, and nominated as a documentary finalist for the PIXEL Oscar Awards. His recent film “The Truth of the Diaoyu Islands” will also compete for the PIXEL Oscar Awards.
泰王国驻华大使伟文 · 丘氏君阁下
入选理由：
泰国是亚洲的重要经济体，也是东盟成员国。泰国驻华大使伟文 · 丘氏君肩负着推动泰中友好关系承上启下的重任。 2011 年上任泰国驻华大使： 2012 年促成中国在曼谷设立了中国文化中心； 2013 年，推动 中泰关系领跑中国与东盟合作 ，使之中国成为泰国最大的出口国，也是第二大贸易伙伴。如今两国互免签证举措即将实施。伟文 · 丘氏君把自己比喻成一座中泰关系 “ 移动桥梁 ” ，不断推动泰中友好关系不断向前发展。
Thailand is an important economy in Asia and a member of the ASEAN. Ambassador Khusaku l is taking the huge responsibilities to promote the friendly relationship between China and Thailand. Since he became the ambassador in 2011, he helped to establish the Chinese Culture Centre in Bangkok and made great efforts and contributions for making China the largest exporting country and the second largest trading partner to Thailand. Currently, the two countries are discussing visa free policies for their citizens. All of those achievements will surely develop China and Thailand’s friendly relationship into another new level.

Mrs. Helen Mamle Kofi is a seasoned female diplomat. As an ambassador, in her view, she is an “International Servant”. In China, she actively organizes various cultural activities, exhibitions and festivities to promote the unique culture of Ghana. In order to make Ghana as one of the top ten trading partners of China, she selflessly dedicated herself into building close connections with many Chinese cities and made remarkable contributions to enhance the cooperation between Ghana and China in different sectors. In 2013, China and Ghana’s bilateral trade volume reached $5.15 billion USD, increased by 86.7%.
白俄罗斯驻华大使布里亚 · 维克托阁下
入选理由：
布里亚先生出任白俄罗斯驻华大使期间，见证了十八大中国政坛的换届选举。他认为中白两国的友谊以及战略合作经受住了时间的考验。三年前布里亚在担任白俄罗斯共和国政府副总理期间就已经与中国加强了各个领域、尤其是贸易投资领域的合作。任白俄罗斯驻华大使期间他积极与中方各部门全力配合，充分挖掘两国的互补性和合作潜力，中国与白俄罗斯共和国建交 20 多年来，贸易额增加了 100 倍，有效地推动了白中关系迈上新台阶。
Winning Reasons:
Since Mr. Burya Viktor was appointed as the Ambassador of Belarus to China, he witnessed the great change of the 18th NPC in China. He believes that the friendship and strategic cooperation between China and Belarus have been strengthened over different time. Three years ago when he was the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, he already focus on growing relationship with China in various fields, especially in the field of trade and investment cooperation. During his term as the ambassador in China, he continues full cooperation with all levels of Chinese government to discover and utilize complementary potentials for stronger collaboration between the two countries. Since China and Belarus established diplomatic relations 20 years ago, the volume of trade has been increased by 100 times, which effectively promoted the bilateral relations into a new level.
哥伦比亚驻华大使卡尔门萨·哈拉米略

哥伦比亚驻华大使卡尔门萨 · 哈拉米略女士是一名出色的外交官，美丽与智慧以及干练的工作作风给中国朋友留下深刻的印象。上任不久，成功的开避了哥伦比亚驻上海总领事馆，并重视哥伦比亚与中国在文化、教育、经贸、旅游等领域的合作，为中国企业走进拉丁美洲、走进哥伦比亚投资发展提供强有力地支持。 2013 年中国与哥伦比亚双边贸易额突破 104.5 亿美元，同比增长 11% ，再创历史新高。
Ambassador of Colombia to China Mrs. Jaramillo is an outstanding female diplomat. Her beauty, wisdom and dedicated professionalism left great impressions to Chinese people. After becoming the ambassador to China, she successfully opened the General Consulate in Shanghai and focused on the cooperation projects in culture, education, economic trading and tourism sectors between China and Colombia. She provided strong support to Chinese companies to invest and explore opportunities in Columbia and Latin Americas. In 2013, the bilateral trading volume reached $10.5 billion USD level, a record high after 11% increase.
津巴布韦驻华大使弗雷德里克 • 沙瓦

沙瓦是中国人民的好朋友和老朋友，作为津巴布韦驻华大使，沙瓦为中津两国的友好关系进一步发展创造各种力所能及的外部条件。他的外交工作务实、高效，推动了两国在经贸文化领域的发展，促成中、津两国签署的协定有文化协定、高等教育合作协定和航空协定。促成首批 46 台 CA6120 型客车运往津巴布韦。为中国一汽集团进入非洲客车市场打下了坚实的基础。 2013 年前 9 个月，中国和津巴布韦之间的贸易增长 30% ，创造了历史新高。

Ambassador Shava is a good friend and old friend of Chinese people. As the ambassador to China, he created excellent external conditions to promote China and Zimbabwe’s partnership and friendship. His dedicated and effective diplomatic works made remarkable development in economic and cultural sectors for both countries. The two countries have signed a series of cooperative agreements in culture, high education, aerospace and other fields. He helped to import 46 Chinese advanced buses to Zimbabwe which opened another door for bilateral trades. In 2013, the trading volume increased by 30% to a record high level.

被誉为 “ 中国藏獒画家第一人 ” 的冯冰，将藏獒文化、藏獒精神融入画中，画的藏獒，勇猛、坚定，栩栩如生，充分的体现了藏獒忠诚、勇敢、顽强、剽悍、藏獒与人生活在同一个家园欢乐情景。 2006 年中国工作犬协会在北京人民大会堂宣布冯冰为中国画獒第一人。冯冰现在法国美协会员。 2006 年世界英才杯绘画大展藏獒画获得一等奖， 2008 年法国卢浮宫艺术沙龙展大写意藏獒画获得铜奖， 2009 年 8 月为纪念建国 60 周年各国使节庆祝会上，冯冰的藏獒画被评为金奖。
Winning Reasons:
Known as "The First Chinese Painter for Tibetan Mastiff" Mr. Feng Bing skillfully integrated Tibetan Mastiff culture and its spirit into his paintings. Strong visional effects and the qualities of Tibetan Mastiff, like loyalty, courage, tenacity and courage, are vividly demonstrated through his works. In 2006, he was selected as "The First Chinese Painter for Tibetan Mastiff" in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Mr. Feng is also a member of French Arts Association. His paintings won the First Prize from the 2006 World Talent Painting Expo and the Bronze Medal from the 2008 French Louvre Art Salon Exhibition. In August 2009, his painting was awarded the gold medal at the diplomatic celebration for the 60th anniversary of China.
